Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and responsible Last Mile Executives (LME) to support our last-mile operations across Coimbatore, Pollachi, Tirupur, and Erode.

The LME will be responsible for visiting assigned client locations, completing scheduled pickups on time, maintaining pickup and location adherence, and coordinating with clients and the operations team.

Candidates who are currently residing in or around Coimbatore, Pollachi, Tirupur, or Erode are preferred.

Training will be provided to selected candidates. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned client locations and complete pickups as per the scheduled time.
- Ensure successful and timely completion of daily pickups.
- Follow assigned routes, locations, and pickup schedules.
- Maintain Visit Adherence within the specified 200-meter location requirement.
- Maintain Slot Adherence within ±15 minutes of the assigned pickup time.
- Complete the assigned single round per day as per operational requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and the operations team for smooth pickup operations.
- Report pickup-related issues, delays, or client concerns to the operations team.
- Maintain accurate pickup records and follow operational procedures.
- Achieve assigned pickup targets and performance parameters.
- Maintain professional behaviour and good relationships with clients.
- Follow company policies, operational guidelines,



and safety procedures.

Eligibility & Qualification

- DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) – Mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided to selected candidates.
- Candidates residing in Coimbatore, Pollachi, Tirupur, or Erode are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to assigned client locations within the designated area.
- Smartphone with basic knowledge of mobile applications.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work in a field-based last-mile operations role.

Compensation & Incentives

Category 1 – BPM (Business Partner Mobile)

- ₹100 incentive per pickup per day per client.
- Incentives will be credited every 15 days to the Source Code Ledger.
- Payout will be based on successful pickups as per company records.

Category 2 – Freelancer / BTech

- ₹10,000 per month OR PUC of ₹100 per pickup, whichever is higher.
- Applicable for 30 working days per month.
- PUC is calculated per pickup.
- Single round per day.
- CPP under both applicable conditions will be less than ₹100.

Performance Bonus – Up to ₹1,500 per Month

Eligible candidates can earn a performance bonus of up to ₹1,500 per month based on key performance parameters. Successful Pickups carry a 40% weightage with a bonus of ₹600, based on the defined baseline target. Visit Adherence carries a 20% weightage with a bonus of ₹300,



with a target of maintaining ≥96% adherence within 200 meters. Slot Adherence carries a 20% weightage with a bonus of ₹300, with a target of maintaining ≥96% adherence within ±15 minutes of the assigned pickup slot. PTAT Adherence carries a 20% weightage with a bonus of ₹300, based on the applicable baseline as per the city. The total performance bonus is ₹1,500 per month, subject to achieving the applicable performance criteria.

Additional Incentive – LME Onboarding

- ₹1,000 per client for onboarding a BBC.
- Applicable only when the BBC is registered with an opening balance of ₹2,000.
- Terms and eligibility are subject to company verification.

Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed on a 15-day cycle:

- 1st–15th of the month: Payout released on the 1st of the following month.
- 16th–end of the month: Payout released on the 16th of the following month.

Example:

- 1–15 August → Payment on 1 September
- 16–31 August → Payment on 16 September
