We are looking for an experienced Lead / Manager – Digital Content Operations & YouTube with 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital music distribution, content operations, and YouTube CMS/Rights Management.

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of our internal CMS, content ingestion workflows across global DSPs and Telecom platforms, partner revenue reporting, and complete YouTube channel governance.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in Digital Music Distribution, Content Operations, and YouTube Management.
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of music metadata (ISRC, UPC, ISWC), DDEX standards, CRBT/telecom pipelines, and DSP ingestion specifications.
- YouTube Expertise: Robust operational knowledge of YouTube Content ID, Rights Manager, claim handling, and monetization policies.
- Data & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for heavy revenue reconciliation, data mapping, and reporting.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage operational bottlenecks, enforce SOPs, and collaborate with Tech, Legal, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Content Operations & SLA Governance: Oversee end-to-end metadata and content delivery across DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) and Telecom partners. Enforce strict SLAs (24–48 hours turnaround) and maintain a Zero-Backlog standard across all catalogs.
- YouTube Operations & Rights Management:



Manage YouTube CMS, Content ID, claims, strikes, copyright disputes, and channel hygiene (identifying duplicate/infringing channels). Coordinate with partner networks (e.g., Divo) and execute Google Ads/promotional campaigns for priority tracks.
- CMS & Metadata Ownership: Own and manage the internal CMS for content ingestion, CP onboarding, and agreement tracking. Ensure 100% accuracy in ISRC/UPC mapping for DSPs and RBT code mapping for Telecom reports.
- Revenue Validation & Reporting: Audit, reconcile, and sign off on monthly DSP, Telecom, and YouTube revenue statements. Resolve partner reporting disputes and royalty mismatches.
- Cross-Functional & TechOps Coordination: Work daily with TechOps to resolve CMS bugs and build workflow automations. Collaborate with Legal on IPR compliance and rights audits, while managing basic user access controls.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
