Content Marketing Manager — SalarySe

Location: India (Work From Office) | Experience: 4–6 years

SalarySe is building a category-defining consumer fintech platform focused on making financial services simpler and more relevant for salaried individuals.

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can shape how SalarySe speaks, shows up and stays relevant across social and digital channels.

What You’ll Do

- Develop sharp, engaging content across social, campaigns, articles, scripts and brand communication.
- Write strong hooks, narratives and short-form video scripts.
- Build and execute social content strategy with a focus on audience growth and relevance.
- Spot cultural, social and platform trends and turn them into meaningful brand opportunities.
- Turn research, data and financial insights into straightforward, relatable stories and content.
- Work closely with creators, designers and video editors to bring ideas to life.
- Develop creator concepts, briefs and scripts while ensuring content feels authentic to the platform.




- Use content performance and audience behaviour to continuously improve the content engine.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–6 years of experience in content, social media, brand or content marketing.
- Excellent writing, copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, internet culture and short-form content.
- Experience growing or contributing meaningfully to social media/content properties.
- Strong research and editorial judgement.
- Ability to work effectively with creators and creative teams.
- Fintech, consumer tech or personal finance experience is a plus.

Success = building a distinctive SalarySe voice and creating content that people want to save, share, discuss and remember.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
