- Manage end-to-end CRM/Post-Sales operations from booking to handover.
- Handle customer onboarding, documentation, agreements, demands, collections, and registration.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams.
- Manage customer queries, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, MIS, payment tracking, and reports.
- Lead the CRM team and ensure adherence to RERA/company processes.
- Drive customer satisfaction and smooth post-sales experience.
Requirements: Real estate CRM experience, robust communication and coordination skills, leadership ability, and proficiency in Excel/CRM software.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
