About the Role We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content & Social Media Strategist to grow Sestra through engaging, relatable, and high-performing content. If you're passionate about Instagram, storytelling, fashion, and creating content that people love to watch and share, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute Sestra's social media and content strategy. Brainstorm creative content concepts, campaigns, and Reel ideas.
Plan monthly content calendars and daily Instagram Stories.
Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and competitor activity. Write content briefs and coordinate with designers, photographers, and video editors. Plan and coordinate content shoots.
Be comfortable appearing in Reels and creating relatable, on-camera content. Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators
. Track content performance and recommend improvements based on insights. Ensure all content reflects Sestra's brand voice and positioning
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
