Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Finance Manager in managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports, MIS, and management reports.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and outstanding receivables/payables.
- Ensure timely processing and verification of invoices, payments, and journal entries.
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits.
- Identify discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.




- Support the Finance Manager in improving financial processes and controls.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently as well as in a team.
