Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall supervision and smooth functioning of the laboratory, including staff coordination, equipment maintenance, sample collection, result verification, documentation, and communication of important results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide laboratory staff.
- Ensure proper collection and verification of samples and test results.
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation accurately.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate timely servicing and maintenance of laboratory machines.
- Communicate significant test results and relevant information to patients appropriately.
