HR Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and release job postings as per business requirements.
- Negotiate offers and support the joining process.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Candidate Preference

- Graduate in any discipline; HR or a related specialization will be preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication skills, especially in English.
- Positive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
