Work closely with Consultant Ophthalmologists to ensure high professional standards in optometry services.
•
Assist in initial patient assessments, including vision testing and refraction, to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
•
Perform comprehensive eye examinations using standard and advanced techniques to detect refractive errors and ocular diseases.
•
Document refraction and clinical findings in the EMR. Final prescriptions for glasses, contact lenses, and medications are issued by the Ophthalmologist.
2. Diagnostic and Therapeutic Support
•
Assess the condition of ocular structures, including lids, tear film, cornea, and ocular surface.
•
Perform advanced diagnostic procedures such as:
o
Corneal Topography
o
Pachymetry
o
Keratometry
o
Slit Lamp Examination
•
Conduct and assist in corneal/lid foreign body removal under supervision.
3. Specialized Clinics and Extended Roles
•
Participate in sub-specialty services including:
o
Post-operative cataract follow-ups
o
School and camp screening programs

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
