We are looking for motivated candidates to support the installation and execution of solar PV projects at various site locations. This role is suitable for freshers who are interested in gaining hands-on field experience in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

- Assist with installation and commissioning activities for solar PV systems
- Support site measurements and basic technical assessments
- Coordinate with site technicians and supervisors during project execution
- Track work progress and communicate updates to the team
- Identify and report technical concerns at project sites
- Follow workplace safety procedures and guidelines

Eligibility

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Willingness to travel to nearby project locations
- Positive communication and coordination skills

Preferred

- Prior site or field experience will be an added advantage
- Freshers are welcome to apply
