About the Role

Resonance HR Services is hiring Sales Executives on behalf of a reputed two-wheeler dealership in Faridabad.

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates who can handle customers, generate sales and contribute to the dealership’s overall sales performance.

Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

* Attend to customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.

* Explain two-wheeler models, features, specifications and available options to customers.

* Generate leads through showroom enquiries, references, follow-ups and other sources.

* Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.

* Achieve individual and team sales targets.





* Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers throughout the purchase process.

* Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.

* Build solid customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries and sales activities.

* Coordinate with the team for smooth completion of the sales and delivery process.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.

* Candidates with experience in the Automobile / Two-Wheeler industry will be preferred.

* Freshers may also be considered based on communication skills and suitability.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-oriented and confident personality.

* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
