- - Drive the MD safely and punctually to office, factory, meetings, airports, and other locations
- Plan routes in advance considering traffic and schedules
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding MD’s travel, meetings, and discussions
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, comfort, and excellent condition at all times
- Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, etc.)
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, insurance, and compliance documents
- Maintain trip logs and fuel records as required
- Assist with luggage, documents, and other tasks as assigned
