We are seeking a highly motivated Epicor ERP Implementation & AI Solutions Specialist to lead and support Epicor ERP implementation, customization, enhancement, integration, user training, and ongoing support activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and functional knowledge of Epicor ERP and have a keen interest in leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and modern Microsoft technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Epicor ERP Implementation & Support

- Participate in Epicor ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and rollout projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Configure and maintain Epicor ERP modules.
- Design, develop, and support Epicor customizations, BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, Functions, and User Defined Tables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP functional and technical issues.
- Support end-users across various departments including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, and Logistics.
- Manage testing, UAT coordination, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Develop technical and functional documentation.

Integration & Development

- Develop integrations between Epicor ERP and third-party applications.
- Work with Epicor APIs, Business Objects, REST services, and integration frameworks.
- Support data migration, import/export processes, and reporting requirements.
- Develop SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver reliable ERP solutions.

AI & Automation Initiatives

- Identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI and automation.
- Design and implement AI-assisted workflows for document processing,



email automation, quotation management, customer inquiries, and business process optimization.
- Work with Microsoft technologies including:
- Power Automate
- Microsoft Copilot
- Azure AI Services
- Azure OpenAI
- Document Intelligence
- Power BI
- Evaluate and recommend AI-driven business solutions that integrate with ERP platforms.
- Participate in digital transformation and innovation projects.

User Training & Governance

- Train users on Epicor ERP functionality and best practices.
- Assist in establishing ERP governance, change management, and support processes.
- Work with external vendors and implementation partners when required.
- Support ERP security, access control, testing, and release management processes.

Required Skills

Epicor ERP

- 4+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience.
- Experience in at least one Epicor implementation, migration, upgrade, or major enhancement project.
- Strong knowledge of:
- BAQ
- BPM
- Dashboards
- Epicor Functions
- User Defined Tables (UD Tables)
- Business Objects
- REST API Integration
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, trading, engineering, or project-based organizations.

Technical Skills

- Microsoft SQL Server
- C# / .NET (preferred)
- REST APIs and web services
- System integration concepts
- Database design and troubleshooting
- Reporting and analytics





AI & Modern Workplace Technologies

- Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience with Power Automate, Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
- Understanding of workflow automation and intelligent document processing.

Preferred Qualifications

- Epicor ERP certification will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP upgrade and migration strategies.
- Experience working with cloud technologies.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and governance concepts.
- Experience with Power BI reporting and analytics.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
