About the Role

Research Ayu is looking for a proactive and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and connecting with potential candidates to support the staffing needs of our clinic.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable making 80–90 calls per day, communicating confidently with candidates, and consistently building a solid candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Make 80–90 candidate calls per day to source and engage potential applicants.

Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and suitability.

Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary ranges, and other relevant details to candidates.

Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and the hiring team.

Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS regularly.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly recruitment targets.

Coordinate with clinic management to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.

Provide regular updates on sourcing activity, candidate status, and recruitment progress.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, Telecalling, or a similar role preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.

- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Ability to handle multiple open positions and candidate conversations simultaneously.

- Experience recruiting for healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or similar organizations is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
