Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, hardware, and software issues.
- Provide basic support for LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and IP networking.
- Troubleshoot and manage basic Router and Switch connectivity.
- Manage Active Directory users, password resets, groups, and domain joining.
- Provide basic support for Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing.
- Support Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, user accounts, and licenses.
- Maintain IT assets and prepare basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Perform basic system maintenance, updates, and endpoint security checks.

- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Basic Networking knowledge
- Router and Switch fundamentals
- Active Directory and Windows Server basics
- Microsoft 365 support
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
