Job Title: Power BI Architect

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Architect to lead enterprise-wide Business Intelligence initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Power BI solutions while driving BI governance, standards, and best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Power BI solutions across the enterprise.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance BI architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and direction as a Power BI Architect.
- Establish and manage BI governance, standards, and best practices.
- Work with business and technology teams to translate requirements into BI solutions.
- Define data modeling strategies, reporting frameworks, and dashboard standards.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
- Guide development teams on Power BI implementation and best practices.
- Drive enterprise-wide Power BI adoption through training, documentation, and mentoring.
- Integrate Power BI with enterprise data platforms and business systems.

Required Skills





- 10+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics with robust Power BI expertise.
- Proven experience in enterprise-wide Power BI implementation.
- Strong expertise in:
- Power BI Desktop
- Power BI Service
- Power BI Gateway
- Power BI Dataflows
- DAX
- Power Query / M Language
- Strong knowledge of Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale BI architecture.
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL processes.
- Experience working in a BI Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
