We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Residential Students Manager to oversee the daily management, discipline, and well-being of students staying in our residential campus. The candidate will ensure a safe, organized, and supportive environment for students while coordinating with parents, wardens, faculty, and administration.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage residential students within the campus and hostel.

* Maintain student discipline, attendance, and daily routines.

* Monitor students’ academic environment, study hours, and overall behaviour.

* Coordinate with wardens, teachers, and administration regarding student management.

* Handle student concerns, complaints, and emergency situations responsibly.

* Communicate regularly with parents regarding student well-being and discipline.

* Ensure hostel rules, safety measures, and campus regulations are followed properly.

* Support students emotionally and guide them in maintaining a healthy routine and positive environment.





* Organize and monitor daily schedules, food timings, study hours, and movement of students.

* Maintain records related to hostel attendance, permissions, and student activities.

Requirements

* Positive leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to handle students patiently and responsibly.

* Strong discipline management and problem-solving skills.

* Experience in hostel, school, college, or residential campus management is preferred.

* Ability to work in a residential academic environment.

* candidate preferred for Residential / Stay-in preferred

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
