A Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) or Sales Associate at FirstCry retail stores manages store customer service, assists with sales, and maintains store operations. Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their shopping needs, and guide them through apparel, toys, and baby product sections.
- Sales Support: Drive store sales, handle billing support when needed, and promote ongoing offers or loyalty programs.
- Store Operations: Maintain shelf organization, restock inventory, and assist with visual merchandising on the retail floor.
- Communication: Address customer queries or complaints professionally with a customer-first approach.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply, though prior retail or fashion sales experience is a plus.
- Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills; basic computer/CRM application knowledge is helpful.
- Work Environment: Full-time, work-from-office / in-store role often involving rotational shifts or standard retail hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
