We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Jr. Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the accounts team in routine financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Maintain and reconcile ledgers, cash and bank accounts.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting work.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and basic financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and follow up on outstanding entries.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices and other accounts records.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment and billing-related matters.




- Support senior accountant in monthly closing and other accounting activities.

Requirements

- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred. Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Should be organized, responsible and attentive to detail.
