Job Description

We're looking for a B2B Sales and Marketing Executive to find the right leads, research them properly, start conversations, and turn those conversations into meetings. This role is about intent someone who genuinely wants to connect with the right people and open doors for the business.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads and target companies. Understand what each company does and what problems they might have. Initiate conversations with the right people, including decision-makers. Set up and secure meetings with qualified leads. Represent the company clearly and confidently in conversations and presentations. Follow up consistently so no lead is lost.

Graduation degree required. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good presentation skills. Solid intent and willingness to learn and grow. Comfortable doing research and reaching out to new people daily.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
