Key Responsibilities

- Provide techno-functional support for NetSuite with strong hands-on Suite Script development.
- Independently manage production support, including issue triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Investigate and resolve integration failures, including subscription-related issues.
- Perform end-to-end issue triaging to identify and resolve data/integration problems.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain SuiteScripts to support evolving business workflows.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders, drive troubleshooting calls, and own issue resolution.
- Support the New.io implementation and deliver required script enhancements during and post go-live.
- Manage critical production support in a complex migration environment.
- Ensure seamless daily production handover with the extended support team.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong techno-functional expertise in NetSuite.
- Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, including reading, writing, modifying, and deploying scripts.




- Experience in production support for business-critical applications.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of BigQuery (BQ) for data analysis and issue tracing.
- Experience supporting system migrations and integration environments.
- Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

Hybrid from office (4 Days)

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana
