Job Introduction

Ulah Home Stays is looking for a responsible and well-organized Homestay Operations & Guest Experience Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our six-room beachside property. The person will be the main point of contact for guests, handle calls and bookings, welcome guests and provide a house tour, maintain inventories and purchase requirements, coordinate housekeeping and other staff, and ensure that the property is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The ideal candidate should be friendly, trustworthy, proactive, and capable of handling guest issues and daily operational responsibilities independently.

Roles & Responsibilities

Guest Handling:

Receive guest calls, respond to enquiries, welcome guests on arrival, complete check-in, provide a proper property/room tour, and assist guests throughout their stay. Property Operations: Ensure all six rooms and common areas are clean, ready, properly maintained, and stocked with essential guest supplies.

Inventory Management:

Maintain records of bed sheets, towels, toiletries, cleaning materials, kitchen/cooking items,



and other property supplies; identify shortages and arrange timely purchases.

Staff Management:

Coordinate housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, and other employees.

Guest Issues & Maintenance:

Quickly respond to guest complaints, room issues, maintenance requirements, or emergencies and coordinate with the appropriate person to resolve them.

Purchasing & Expense Control:

Purchase approved supplies and operational items, maintain bills/receipts, track expenses, and ensure purchases are made responsibly without unnecessary wastage.

Daily Reporting & Accountability:

Maintain basic records of guest check-ins/check-outs, inventory, purchases, maintenance issues, staff attendance/duties, and important daily updates for the owner.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
