Role Overview We are hiring a motivated Structural Designer Trainee to join our detailing team. In this role, you will receive hands-on training and work primarily on Tekla Structures to model and generate accurate structural reinforcement (RC detailing) and shop drawings for live international projects. Key Responsibilities Learn and develop 3D structural models and rebar detailing using Tekla Structures. Prepare concrete reinforcement drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and general arrangement layouts. Work under the guidance of senior engineers to interpret structural drawings and client specifications. Support drafting tasks using AutoCAD or Revit as required.
Maintain quality standards and ensure dimensional accuracy across project deliverables. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) Science, Diploma in Civil, or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering. Experience: 0 to 2+ years (Freshers with an aptitude for structural drawings are encouraged to apply). Technical Skills: Basic understanding of concrete reinforcement or technical drawing concepts. Software Knowledge: Familiarity or training in Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, or Revit is a strong advantage. Strong willingness to learn, high attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
