Responsible for supervising and controlling the complete dyeing process for polyester, viscose, and polyester-viscose blended fabrics, ensuring consistent shade, quality, production efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily dyeing production and allocate machines, manpower, and materials.
- Handle dyeing of 100% polyester, viscose, and polyester-viscose (P/V) blended fabrics.
- Monitor dyeing parameters such as temperature, time, pH, liquor ratio, chemical dosing, and machine pressure.
- Ensure correct recipe preparation and accurate dosing of dyes and chemicals.
- Coordinate with the lab, production, quality, and finishing departments for shade matching and bulk production.
- Control and minimize shade variation, uneven dyeing, crease marks, patches, spots, and reprocessing
- Check fabric loading, pre-treatment, dyeing, washing, reduction clearing/soaping, neutralization, and after-treatment processes as applicable.




- Troubleshoot dyeing problems and take corrective action to maintain first-time-right production.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of polyester, viscose, and P/V blended fabric dyeing.
- Valuable understanding of disperse, reactive, and combination dyeing processes.
- Ability to read and follow laboratory and bulk dyeing recipes.
- Good shade-matching and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of textile chemicals, auxiliaries, and process control.
- Ability to manage production teams and meet daily production targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
