Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead warehouse operations at our Tarapur Manufacturing Plant (Palghar).

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for the Head Office and Factory.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for both locations and monitor budget variances.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Act as a liaison between the Head Office and Factory, ensuring smooth flow of financial information and transactions.
- Oversee inventory tracking and valuation in coordination with the Factory team.
- Analyze cost drivers and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize operations.
- Monitor cost control, inventory control, and overhead expenses.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and coordinate preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Coordinate and participate in financial audits and provide required documentation to external auditors.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Undertake special financial projects, MIS, and financial analysis as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- CA / Inter-CA / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.




- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Good understanding of balance sheet, trial balance, cost accounting, and financial controls.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP/SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates residing in Mumbai Western Suburbs will be preferred.
- Willing to work at Tarapur MIDC Plant (Palghar)
