- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – Mandatory.
- Robust experience with:
- Pega PRPC (7.x / 8.x)
- Case Management & BPM
- Rule resolution and rule sets
- Decisioning and Declarative rules
- Experience with UI development using Pega Sections, Harnesses, and UI rules.
- Knowledge of Database concepts (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, File Listener, JMS).
- Familiarity with Guardrails and performance optimization.
- Exposure to DevOps, Pega Deployment Manager, or CI/CD tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
