An MST (Multi-Skilled Technician or Maintenance Supervisor) in a hotel handles general repairs, preventive maintenance, and guest room troubleshooting across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Core Responsibilities
- General Maintenance: Fix basic electrical wiring, plumbing leaks, and lighting fixtures.
- HVAC Care: Monitor and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Guest Support: Answer repair requests quickly and fix room issues with minimal guest disturbance.
- Preventive Checks: Inspect building equipment daily and log readings to stop sudden breakdowns.
- Multitasking: Handle minor carpentry, painting, or basic IT/CCTV repairs when needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
