Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and hiring top IT talent, and driving hiring strategies to meet the growing needs of our organization or clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, stakeholder management, hiring best practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate is also expected to mentor junior recruiters and contribute to improving recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and shortlist IT candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Ceipal, and other portals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers




- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Ceipal ATS

Key Skills & Competencies

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and Ceipal
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and detail-focused approach

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Proven ability to source and close IT positions
