We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in hiring the right talent within the required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, and joining.
- Coordinate the offer letter and onboarding process.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and records.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Meet recruitment targets and timelines as per business requirements.

- Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Qualification
MBA/PGDM/Graduate in HR or a related field preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
