Job Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Kakinada. The candidate will be responsible for developing business through banks, DSA offices, financial institutions, and other channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly visit banks, DSA offices, financial institutions, and other channel partners.
- Develop and maintain solid professional relationships with bank officials, DSA partners, and business associates.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and channel partnerships.
- Identify potential customers and business leads through assigned channels.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Coordinate with bank and DSA representatives regarding business requirements and documentation.
- Achieve monthly business and sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing channel partners.
- Identify new DSA offices and potential business partners in the assigned area.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.




- Submit daily/weekly field visit and business development reports to the reporting manager.
- Represent Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. professionally in the market.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with bank officials and DSA partners.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel within Kakinada and surrounding areas.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Should be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
