Job Summary

Senior Program & Demand Manager with strong HR Technology governance experience, rather than a traditional Project Manager. The hiring manager is specifically looking for someone who has built and owned governance, demand management, portfolio management, and vendor management functions, not just delivered projects

Key Responsibilities
10-15+ years of Program/Project Management experience
Minimum 3+ years in global HR transformation programs
Experience managing multi-country HR technology portfolios
Ownership of Demand Management, Portfolio Governance, or PMO functions

Experience working with executive stakeholders (CHRO, CFO, HR Leadership)
