Remote FX Sales & Call Center Agent

Safecents is looking for motivated and experienced Remote Sales & Call Center Agents to join our growing international team.

We are seeking individuals with a background in Forex/FX, CFD, financial services, telesales, call centers, lead generation, or relationship management. Previous FX experience is highly preferred, but strong sales professionals with proven telephone sales experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and identify qualified prospects.
- Build strong relationships with clients through skilled communication and consistent follow-up.
- Present our financial products and services clearly and professionally.
- Handle objections and guide prospects through the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Meet agreed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Follow up with clients after onboarding and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work closely with the sales and management team to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Forex/FX, CFD, financial services, call center, telesales, or direct sales is an advantage.




- Proven ability to make and handle a high volume of calls.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet professional workspace.
- Laptop/computer and a good-quality headset.
- Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
