Position: Assistant Manager – Media
Location: Chandigarh University, Gharuan, Mohali Campus
Reporting To: Head / Senior Leader

Position Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Media to provide executive assistance to the Head while handling and maintaining camera and related media equipment. The role requires strong coordination, communication, organisational and equipment-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistance

- Manage the Head's calendar, appointments, meetings and daily schedule.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation and official engagements.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM), agendas, presentations and reports.
- Handle official correspondence, emails and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders on tasks assigned by the Head.
- Maintain confidential documents and information.

Camera & Equipment Management





- Handle and operate cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, lighting, microphones and related equipment as required.
- Maintain, safeguard and ensure proper care and upkeep of all camera and related media equipment.
- Maintain accurate stock/inventory records of cameras, accessories and other equipment.
- Ensure equipment is properly stored, checked and available when required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Executive Assistance, camera/equipment handling, or a combination of both.
- Solid knowledge of camera and related media equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain equipment responsibly.
