Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source suitable land parcels for residential, commercial, and construction projects.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct preliminary assessment of land based on location, size, access, development potential, zoning, and project requirements.
- Negotiate with landowners and stakeholders regarding pricing, terms, payment schedules, and transaction conditions.
- Coordinate the complete land acquisition process from initial identification to final closure.
- Conduct and coordinate land due diligence, including verification of title deeds, ownership, encumbrances, survey records, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Management teams for land evaluation and acquisition.
- Verify land records and coordinate with relevant government departments and authorities when required.
- Identify potential legal, technical, financial, and documentation risks associated with land parcels.




- Prepare land acquisition proposals, feasibility reports, cost estimates, and management presentations.
- Maintain a database of available and potential land parcels.
- Monitor prevailing land prices, market trends, upcoming infrastructure developments, and growth corridors.
- Handle discussions and negotiations with multiple landowners and parties simultaneously.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of agreements, registrations, and other transaction formalities.
- Follow up on pending documentation, approvals, NOCs, and statutory requirements.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding acquisition opportunities, negotiations, and deal status.
- Support the company in achieving its land acquisition targets within approved budgets and timelines.

Pay: ₹25,594.59 - ₹55,834.11 per month
