We are seeking a dedicated and capable Site Supervisor for our upcoming utility-scale solar power generation project in the Kutch area, Gujarat. Candidates should be open to future transfers to our other project sites across India as operations expand.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily on-site solar installation and construction activities.
· Manage site workflows, labor, and safety compliance.
· Maintain digital project logs, daily progress reports, and coordinate effectively using computer systems.
Key Requirements:
· Prior working experience on an infrastructure or industrial project site.
· Strong computer literacy (comfortable with MS Office/reporting tools).
· Reasonably positive proficiency in written and spoken English.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Gross Salary: INR 40,000 per month
· Performance Increments: Reviewed and revised every 6 months
