Maintain knowledge of products and other important issues through management communications, meetings and formal trainingis a seamless flow of tasks to accomplish the projects goals within the given timelines. This position would be responsible for strategizing, monitoring and improving the systems and processes used in the operations department.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Probe and understand the requirements or problems of the customer and provide best resolutions.

Maintain knowledge of products and other important issues through managementcommunications, meetings and formal training

Ensure this data is secured and handled appropriately.

Maintaining & managing daily reports of various products assigned to.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-6 Year's

Experience in Travel Operations or POS (Point of Sale) operations is an added

advantage but not mandatory.





Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word

Proactive working style and commitment to get the job done

Ability to multitask Judgment and decision making skills

Problem solving skills

Self-Motivated and Go Getter attitude is must

Timely deliverance with minimum supervision

Will be ready to work in Rotational shifts and weekends (Second Shift and Sunday

will be work from home)

1 Rotational week off will be given in a week

Graduate in any discipline from a reputed college or university

Salary: 5-6 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
