Bestinn Leisure Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of Hydel Palace By Bestinn Lesiure, our nature-friendly hospitality property.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of hotel/resort operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the property's natural and peaceful environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the property.
- Coordinate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service at all times.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and operational challenges professionally.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the property team.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper manpower deployment.
- Monitor housekeeping, room readiness, maintenance, cleanliness,



and property standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest and operational areas.
- Monitor operational expenses and implement effective cost-control measures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
- Work closely with Sales, Reservations, and Management to support business and revenue goals.
- Maintain operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and hospitality procedures.
- Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions.
- Maintain the unique nature-friendly atmosphere and guest experience of Hydel Palace By Bestinn Leisure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
