Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop BIW fixtures, checking fixtures, and assembly fixtures using CATIA V5.
- Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed fixture layouts.
- Understand BIW part geometry, GD&T;, tolerances, and assembly requirements.
- Perform fixture design modifications based on engineering and manufacturing requirements.
- Prepare fixture components such as locators, clamps, pins, supports, and brackets.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, production, and tooling teams for design feasibility.
- Review designs and ensure compliance with customer and project standards.
- Support design validation and resolve fixture-related issues during manufacturing and assembly.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in BIW Fixture Design.




- Strong hands-on experience in CATIA V5.
- Knowledge of automotive BIW and sheet-metal components.
- Good understanding of GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Experience in creating 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
