We are looking for an experienced Floor In-Charge to manage the showroom floor, support the sales team, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom and counter operations.
- Guide and support Jewel Consultants and Assistant Jewel Consultants.
- Assist customers and ensure good customer service.
- Support the team with product knowledge and sales activities.
- Check stock, billing, cash and daily records.
- Ensure proper jewellery display, cleanliness and grooming standards.
- Coordinate with HR, Billing, CRM and other departments.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Support staff training and team development.
- Ensure smooth stock movement and timely customer deliveries.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of jewellery/retail experience
- Positive communication and leadership skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
