Job Description

I Support Foundation is looking for a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will work directly with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized behaviour intervention plans to support their developmental, social, and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with autism
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans
- Track and document client progress, behaviors, and outcomes




- Collaborate with the clinical team, teachers, and parents to ensure consistency in intervention strategies
- Assist in developing and updating behavior intervention plans as needed
- Provide a secure, structured, and supportive environment for children during sessions

Requirements

- Degree/diploma in Psychology, Special Education or related field
- Prior experience or training in ABA therapy preferred (freshers with relevant certification may also apply)
- Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within a clinical team setting
