Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented professional to manage our digital marketing, content creation, paid ads, and online sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage digital marketing activities across Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, posts, stories, product content, and ad creatives.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads for sales, leads, and brand awareness.
- Monitor ad performance, analytics, conversions, and ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Research competitors, trends, and develop an effective content calendar.
- Monitor abandoned/incomplete checkouts and regularly follow up with customers.
- Assist customers with product, payment, and order-related queries to close pending checkouts and convert them into completed orders.




- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams for online order conversions.
- Track digital performance and suggest strategies to improve engagement, conversions, and sales.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and video editing skills.
- Good understanding of e-commerce and online sales conversion.
- Good communication and customer follow-up skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for fashion and visual presentation.
- Ability to analyze data and work independently.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, performance marketing, or e-commerce.
- Experience with fashion/boutique/D2C brands is an advantage.
- Portfolio of reels, ad creatives, or previous campaigns preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
