Role: Communications Specialist

Purpose: Provide dedicated internal and external communications support focusing on leadership communication, employee engagement, business updates, change communication, employee recognition, and employer branding.

Primary Scope: Develop and execute an integrated internal and external communication strategy for Medium Engines.

- Leadership communications, town halls, and cascades
- Change management and strategic business updates
- Employee recognition, culture, policy, and process communications




- Employer branding and thought leadership through appropriate social media channels

Role:

- This role requires independent communication strategy, planning, and execution.
- It partners directly with the Vice President, Directors, and HR Leaders on executive communications and business messaging.
- It coordinates across multiple stakeholders, locations, and functions while influencing outcomes without direct reporting authority.
