Key Responsibilities

Manage daily material inward and outward activities.

Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

Check incoming materials against delivery challans and quantities.

Maintain material issue, stock and dispatch records.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Site teams for material requirements.

Prepare materials as per project and dispatch requirements.

Supervise packing, loading and dispatch of windows, doors and related materials.

Maintain project-wise dispatch and delivery records.

Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely dispatch.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.

Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of materials.

Maintain proper housekeeping and systematic arrangement of the store.





Assist in regular stock verification and inventory control.

Required Experience & Skills

1.5–2 years of experience in Store / Warehouse / Dispatch operations.

Experience in uPVC / Aluminium Windows & Doors / Manufacturing / Construction will be preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Good knowledge of inventory and material handling.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.

Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
