We are seeking an analytical, data-driven HR Analyst to optimize our workforce operations and human resources strategies. In this role, you will analyze HR metrics, manage our HRIS systems, streamline payroll and compensation modeling, and deliver actionable insights across warehouse operations, delivery logistics, sales, and administration. You will serve as the engine behind our talent strategy—using data to lower turnover, enhance safety compliance, and drive organizational efficiency across our craft beer distribution footprint.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Data Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and build dashboards for core workforce metrics (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire, headcount, and overtime costs).
- Conduct headcount forecasting and labor variance analysis across warehouse, delivery drivers, and field sales teams.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reporting packages for executive leadership.
- Compensation, Advantages & Payroll Support
- Conduct market compensation benchmarking for specialized roles (CDL drivers, warehouse operators, sales reps).
- Assist in designing, modeling, and auditing commission structures, incentive plans, and annual merit increases.
- Reconcile benefit enrollment data, track health insurance utilization, and partner with accounting on payroll reporting audits.
- HRIS & Systems Management
- Serve as the primary administrator for the HRIS, ATS, and time/attendance platforms (e.g.,

ADP, Workday, Paylocity, or BambooHR).
- Maintain employee data integrity, system integrations, user permissions, and automated workflow triggers.
- Audit employee records to ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
- Process Improvement & Compliance
- Analyze safety, worker's compensation, and OSHA incident data to identify trends and partner with warehouse managers on risk reduction.
- Evaluate exit interview data and engagement survey results to recommend targeted retention strategies.
- Streamline onboarding and offboarding workflows to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or workforce planning (distribution, logistics, or beverage industry experience preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, data visualization) and HR reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience administering HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, Workday, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws, OSHA tracking, and DOT compliance requirements.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, discretion with confidential employee data, and cross-departmental communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Benefits:

- Paid time off
