About the Role -

We are looking for an Executive – Technical & Quality Documentation to join our QA team. The role will be responsible for preparing and maintaining technical and quality documentation, supporting regulatory requirements, handling customer/vendor questionnaires, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and update SDS/MSDS for company products.
- Collect, verify, and maintain chemical, microbiological, toxicological, physical, and regulatory data.
- Prepare and maintain TDS, specifications, COA-related information, and product dossiers.
- Review and complete customer/vendor questionnaires (VQ) in coordination with relevant departments.
- Provide QA support for technical documents, specifications, certificates, and customer audits.
- Support Regulatory Affairs activities related to REACH, GHS, SVHC, CLP, and other regulatory declarations.




- Conduct technical and regulatory research using reliable databases and official sources.
- Prepare technical and regulatory responses to customer queries.
- Support documentation for REACH, HALAL, KOSHER, COSMOS/ECOCERT, RSPO, and other certifications.
- Maintain product-wise regulatory master data and controlled documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across SDS, TDS, COA, specifications, and other product documents.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D;, Production, EHS, Sales & Marketing for technical and regulatory requirements.
- Support customer audits, regulatory submissions, and compliance documentation.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
