Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and manpower needs.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Support payroll coordination, salary records, and employee-related documentation.
Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and workplace procedures.
Address employee queries, concerns, and day-to-day HR matters professionally.
Monitor employee performance, discipline, and workplace conduct.
Coordinate performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
Maintain compliance with applicable labour and employment regulations.
Organize employee engagement activities and contribute to a positive work culture.
Prepare regular HR reports and provide management with relevant workforce insights.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




1–3 years of experience in HR or Recruiter role in Solar industry
Good understanding of recruitment and general HR processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with management and teams.
Professional attitude with a practical and people-oriented approach.
