Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warehouse Executive to manage the efficient operation of our warehouse. The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for overseeing inventory, coordinating stock movements, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched properly, and maintaining accurate records of warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management:

- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimising stock outs or overstocking.

- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.

- Receiving and Dispatching:

- Oversee the receipt of goods, ensuring all items are inspected for damage and accuracy before being stored.

- Coordinate dispatch and ensure that orders are picked, packed, and delivered on time.

- Prepare and review shipping documents to ensure accuracy.

- Warehouse Organisation:

- Organise products in the warehouse for efficient storage and easy retrieval.

- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.

- Supervise the layout of the warehouse to maximise space and streamline operations.

- Team Supervision:

- Supervise and assist warehouse staff in daily activities, ensuring proper handling of materials and equipment.

- Provide training on warehouse processes, health & safety regulations, and equipment use.

- Order Processing:

- Ensure timely and accurate order processing,



picking, packing, and shipping of products.

- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to meet customer requirements.

- Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain and update records related to stock levels, orders, and warehouse performance.

- Generate reports on inventory status, order status, and discrepancies.

- Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to supervise and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a warehouse workplace.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and move heavy goods (up to [insert weight] pounds).

- Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position with regular warehouse working hours.

- Occasional overtime may be required during peak seasons.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
