Benda Infotech is a dynamic and growing company focused on delivering cutting-edge tech solutions. We're seeking a driven and experienced HR Manager to join our team and help us build a strong, motivated, and compliant workforce across our US and India operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle HR operations including hiring, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Partner with the Training & Development team to enhance current training programs and support continuous learning.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure all external-facing content aligns with company branding and HR compliance standards.
- Develop, update, and enforce employee policies to foster a productive and legally compliant workplace.
- Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and compliance for US and India operations (e.g., contracts, work authorization, perks).
- Support daily operational needs across all departments to maintain organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle employee relations and be a point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Manage HRIS and ensure accurate employee data.
Requirements
- Major understanding of HR operations (even if through academic background, internships, or training)
- 2–6 years of experience in HR or related roles — quick learners and freshers are welcome to apply!
- Familiarity with HR practices in India and US is a plus
- Solid communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
