We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow PPM/SPM Trainer to design and deliver engaging, hands-on training for business users, administrators, and implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and deliver instructor-led and hands-on ServiceNow PPM/SPM training.

· Train users on:

· Project & Program Management

· Portfolio & Demand Management

· Resource & Financial Management

· Strategic Planning

· Agile Development

· Time & Cost Management

· Reports & Dashboards

· Create and customize training materials based on client processes and configurations.

· Conduct practical exercises, assessments, and knowledge-gap analysis.

· Provide post-training support and coaching.

3+ years of ServiceNow PPM/SPM experience.

· Strong hands-on knowledge of PPM/SPM capabilities and processes.

· Proven experience delivering training to business and technical audiences.

· Strong presentation,



facilitation, and communication skills.

· Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business users.

· Experience with ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, navigation, and roles.

· Experience creating skilled training and learning materials.

· ServiceNow CSA and relevant SPM/PPM certifications.

· ServiceNow implementation, configuration, or business-analysis experience.

· Enterprise training experience.

· Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, PMO, and project-management practices.

· Experience in change management, user adoption, e-learning, or video-based training.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per day
