About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Project Manager with over 9 years of experience in delivering large-scale web applications and digital platforms within the FinTech/BFSI domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, MySQL, and AWS Cloud, combined with excellent project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

The candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional engineering teams, managing end-to-end software delivery, driving Agile execution, and ensuring successful implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing fintech applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end software development projects from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support.
- Manage multiple Agile/Scrum teams consisting of Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, and Product members.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Architects, and Engineering teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive project planning, sprint planning, resource allocation, risk management, and release management.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality, security, and performance standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to design scalable microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Review technical solutions and ensure adherence to architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Manage project budgets, resource planning, vendor coordination, and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation and production deployments.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements,



and industry best practices relevant to financial applications.
- Drive continuous process improvement, Agile maturity, and engineering excellence.
- Mentor engineering leads and project teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.

- Experience handling cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
